Sometimes you don’t find your way around or the application just does not work as you expected. In this case, please first read the documentation provided to you or ask your collegues for experience. If this does not help, SHK engineers will try to help you ASAP.

Please send an e-mail to your support contact (either your IT service desk or directly to SHK) with the following content:

  • Description of the problem
  • Scope (the exact equipment for example)
  • Screenshots of all error messages
  • Procedure to reproduce the error
  • Files (<25MB)
  • Your availabilty times for a screen-sharing session (if needed)
